You can find your order number in your order confirmation email. It’s usually a 9-digit number sent right after your purchase.

If you’d like an update, please contact us and include your order number so we can check the status for you.

Please note: since all products are made on demand, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Tracking details become available once your order has been dispatched.

Each product has a defined printable area, and designs are positioned consistently within that space. For example:

  • Front prints on t-shirts are typically placed 6–8 cm below the collar, centered horizontally.
  • Back prints are positioned slightly lower for visual balance.
  • Sleeve prints are usually placed 2–3 cm above the sleeve hem, centered on the outer side.

Please Note: Placement may vary slightly depending on product size to ensure proportional alignment. Minor variations (a few millimeters) are normal in custom printing.

Printlyme products are created using professional-grade printing methods, primarily direct-to-garment (DTG) or high-quality transfer printing, depending on the product.

What this means for you:

  • Sharp details and vibrant colors
  • Soft-to-the-touch prints on apparel
  • Prints designed to withstand regular washing when care instructions are followed

Keep in mind that very thin lines, tiny text, or ultra-light colors may appear slightly softer in real life than on screen.

Printlyme products are produced and fulfilled through a global network of professional production facilities to ensure reliable quality and faster delivery.

Our products are made and shipped from facilities in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Latvia and Spain. We also work with partner facilities in Japan, Brazil, and Australia.

Your order is automatically routed to the nearest available facility whenever possible, which helps:

  • Reduce delivery time
  • Maintain consistent product quality
  • Lower the risk of shipping delays

After production (usually 2–5 business days), your order is shipped using trusted courier services.

  • International orders may be subject to local customs or import fees

Shipping estimates shown at checkout already factor in average production time.

If your product arrives with a printing issue, defect, or damage, we’ll make it right.

Here’s how it works:

  • Report the issue within the stated timeframe
  • Include photos showing the problem
  • Eligible issues are replaced or refunded at no extra cost

Since the products are custom-made, we accept returns for quality issues but don’t accept returns for size preference or change of mind. For more details, you can check our Return Policy.
